Everyone has the right to be treated with dignity, courtesy and respect at work. But unfortunately, it's not always something we can take for granted. The reality is that many people encounter negative behaviours - like harassment and bullying - that undermine dignity at work. Left unchecked these can erode people's morale and commitment, and have a serious impact on their performance.

Our Dignity at Work online training course aims to address this. It enables your staff to identify instances of harassment and bullying, and respond appropriately to any issues they encounter. By deploying the course, you'll help to ensure your staff understand their rights and responsibilities, and are able to take an active role in promoting dignity at work.

Course contents

The Dignity at Work training course is made up of three bite-sized sections:

  1. Our right to dignity at work

Explores what dignity at work means and the forms of negative behaviour - like harassment and bullying - that can undermine it.

  2. Taking action

Looks at how staff can tackle negative behaviour effectively and take an active role in promoting dignity at work.

  3. Test your knowledge

Comprehensive mastery test to verify each user's knowledge and understanding of the contents of the course. On successfully passing the test, users can download a personal course completion certificate.
