Cylix develops call centre e-learning course for learndirect/Ufi

learndirect/Ufi has chosen Cylix to develop a 15-hour online course aimed at providing Call Centre Team Leaders with the knowledge and skills that they need to succeed in one of the most demanding and pressurised of business environments. Topics covered range from recruitment and motivation, through to forecasting calls and adjusting call queuing systems.
The course will integrate with Ufi's sophisticated Learning Management System and will feature:
- Engaging and realistic photo case studies.
- Collaborative exercises and assignments involving tutors and other learners.
- Web links to further sources of information.
- Interviews with real call centre professionals.
