Cylix chosen to develop e-learning courses for new ITQ qualification
March 2006
Ufi has chosen Cylix to develop a series of e-learning courses to support the new ITQ qualification.
The courses will cover a range of popular IT topics, including security, maintenance and troubleshooting, and will amount to over 80 hours of online learning.
As well as providing learners with the underpinning knowledge and understanding required by the qualification, the courses will also develop their skills and confidence by enabling them to complete real tasks in an emulated environment.
"The ITQ qualification is a major initiative for developing IT skills in the UK workplace," says Steven Price, Cylix's Managing Director. "We're delighted to be working with Ufi on such a large and high-profile project."
The courses will be available nationally through the learndirect e-learning network at the end of 2006.
