Cylix delivers diversity e-learning to RWE npower

RWE npower has launched an innovative diversity e-learning course for all UK employees.
Developed by e-learning specialists Cylix, the course comprises two modules, the first aimed at all employees, the second at managers.
As well as developing an understanding of key diversity concepts, the course includes interactive case studies and photo-drama sequences to provide learners with behavioural models and explore the practical implications of diversity in the workplace.
While much of the content of the course is drawn from Cylix's own Equality & Diversity in Practice range of courses, new topics and case studies have been incorporated, while the course interface has been completely re-branded for RWE npower.
"We've customised our Equality & Diversity in Practice courses for many organisations," comments Steven Price, Cylix's Managing Director, "but this has been the most substantial customisation we've undertaken to date. To all intents and purposes, the course looks like it's been tailor-made for RWE npower."
The course is being deployed online through RWE npower's intranet, enabling employees across the UK to access it from their desktop.
