Cylix delivers suite of equality & diversity courses to the University of Sheffield

The University of Sheffield is using Cylix's Equality & Diversity in Practice range of courses to deliver equality and diversity training to all its staff.
Cylix's equality and diversity courses have been designed to enable organisations to deploy the right level of training to the right people. The three courses in the range are:
- Equal Opportunities & Diversity Essentials, which introduces the concepts of equal opportunities and diversity and provides an overview of the main legislation in place.
- Exploring Equal Opportunities & Diversity, which takes an in-depth look at UK legislation, and considers a range of ways in which individuals can help to break down barriers to equality.
- Managing Diversity, which looks at how managers and supervisors can comply with legislation and manage diverse teams effectively.
The courses are being deployed online through the University's learning management system, enabling managers and training administers to track their usage.
