Cylix announces equality and diversity course for care sector

Cylix has announced the launch of an equality and diversity e-learning course aimed at employees within the care sector.
Developed in collaboration with Buckinghamshire County Council, the course has been adapted from the company's highly-regarded Equality & Diversity in Practice range of courses.
"All the case studies and photographs within the course have been changed to set them within a care environment," comments Steven Price, Cylix's Managing Director. "This was a major undertaking, which involved re-scripting all of the photo-drama scenes and re-shooting them in a real care home."
The course provides care organisations with a highly cost-effective means of delivering equal opportunities and diversity training to their staff. It can be deployed online or from CD-ROM, and incorporates a course completion certificate that users can print off when they successfully complete the mastery test.
