Cylix proud to announce Równouprawnienie i różnorodność w praktyce (transl. Equality & Diversity in Practice)

When SITA needed to provide equality and diversity training to thousands of its employees around the country, it chose Cylix’s readymade Equality & Diversity in Practice courses. So far, so straightforward. However, SITA had an unusual requirement: it needed Polish and Russian language versions of the courses for some of its sites.
Undeterred, Cylix arranged to have the course scripts translated and started development work. To begin with, the going was tough. “Some of the technical issues we faced were pretty involved” says Philip Smith, Cylix’s Technical Director, “It took a lot of R&D work to put the Polish version together but once we’d finished it, we knew all the tricks and the Russian version only took us a few days.”
With the courses now receiving universally positive feedback across SITA, it certainly looks like all the hard work has been worth it.
