E-learning for ILM Certificates in First Line Management

learndirect/Ufi has chosen Cylix to develop over 70 hours of e-learning materials to support the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Certificates in First Line Management.
The materials will consist of 77 individual segments covering a range of subject areas, from marketing through to using IT applications. A sophisticated diagnostic utility will enable each learner to build a programme of study that meets their individual needs and the ILM Certification criteria.
The course will fully integrate with Ufi's Learning Management System and will feature:
- Business case studies illustrating learning points and allowing learners to apply key skills to realistic situations.
- Collaborative exercises and assignments involving tutors and other learners.
- Web links to further sources of information.
